A collection of cross-platform application work spanning desktop, tablet, and mobile, demonstrating scalable UX patterns, responsive layouts, and real-world product execution at enterprise scale. Featured work includes Smart Actions™, a flagship contextual automation feature deployed globally on millions of devices, as well as Paylocity Mobile and Proliant Mobile, enterprise HR and payroll platforms delivered across desktop, tablet, and mobile. These programs included launching iOS, Android, and Windows applications in aggressive timelines—under 18 months for Paylocity and under six months for Proliant—highlighting my ability to lead complex application design from concept to global release.
