Overview

UX KPIs are not simply collected from tools—they are intentionally designed systems that translate user experience improvements into measurable business outcomes. My approach begins by aligning KPIs with product goals, defining UX hypotheses, and identifying meaningful signals that demonstrate impact across the design lifecycle.
