KPIs are not “pulled from tools.” They are designed systems that translate UX work into business-relevant signals. My role is to ensure KPIs are intentional, credible, repeatable, and trusted by leadership.
UX KPIs are produced by first anchoring to business goals, not design activities.

From there, UX KPIs are defined as leading indicators that UX directly influences.
